Too Much Change

Dan over at his Cerulean Sanctum blog presents an interesting observation that I had never considered before. In a nutshell, he asks if leaders who want to set up the newest, coolest program isn't disrupting the lives of the congregants who feel secure in the ways things are will become anxious and upset if things are continually changing.
